Chalet Jordan is a large four bedroom authentic French chalet located between Morzine and St-Jean-D’Aulps in the Portes Du Soleil ski area.
Built in 1760, Chalet Jordan is full of old fashioned Alpine charm. Despite this traditional Savoyard style, the chalet is extremely well equipped and comfortably sleeps 10.
The chalet is situated in the secluded, sunny little village of Essert la Pierre. Outside is an enclosed garden with a beautiful wooden mini chalet for children to play in. In the winter there is easy access to several local ski stations, including Morzine, Avoriaz, Les Gets and La Grande Terche. Please see our location page for more details.
There are four bedrooms, one is a large family room with one double and two single beds, two of the other bedrooms have a double bed, the fourth bedroom has two singles.
The chalet has a spacious sauna to ease away those aches and pains at the end of the day, a Games Room featuring table tennis and football tables. And for those who need to stay in contact with the world, WiFi is supplied. Comfortable chairs are grouped around the wood burning fireplace in the sitting area making a cosy and warm atmosphere for any evenings in.
The chalet is owned by Maryse Soulier. Her husband Henri’s ancestors built the chalet at the end of the 18th century and it has stayed in his family ever since. Henri and Maryse carried out a complete refurbishment of the chalet ten years ago and have been keen to maintain and add to the charm of the chalet ever since.
